The book is not for sale and it is not available to the general public, as stated in the beautifully designed card included. It contains some of John's most recent compositions, whose emotional, dark and, at times, claustrophobic beauty is wonderfully described by her sister Kate in her heartfelt foreword. As Kate beautifully says, reading this book is "...a powerful, thought-provoking journey...".
